GoHere sells a white-label destination app to tourism organisations across the Nordics, a market that is really four markets in four languages. ClearScaler runs the entire outbound channel: sending infrastructure, targeting, copy, and a dedicated landing page per country, all built natively in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Finnish. The campaign runs at a 54.59% open rate and a 10.14% reply rate.
GoHere had a product proven in the Netherlands and an obvious next market in the Nordics. The problem is that the Nordics are not one market. Reaching destination organisations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland means four languages, four sets of local reference points, and a largely public-sector buyer who can tell translated marketing copy from the real thing in the first line.
Building that channel in-house means sending domains, warmed inboxes, deliverability management, list building and reply handling, and then the copy problem four separate times. That is months of groundwork before a single reply arrives, and it is time a product team should be spending on the product.
We built and ran the whole channel so GoHere never has to touch it.
Dedicated sending domains and inboxes, warmed for four weeks before a single cold mail left the system, with volume capped per inbox so deliverability holds as the campaign scales. A defined ICP of Nordic destination organisations and tourism boards, with lists refreshed continuously rather than bought once.
And the part that decides whether any of it works: copy written natively in each of the four languages rather than written once in English and translated. Every message is approved language by language before it sends, and each approval sharpens how the next one reads to a local buyer. A Finnish tourism board and a Norwegian destination organisation get messages that were built for them, not versions of the same mail.
The same rule applies after the click. Each country got its own landing page in its own language, so a Norwegian prospect does not arrive on an English page and a Finnish one does not arrive on a Swedish page. The mail and the page it points at are built as one piece, for one market, which is also what keeps the sending domains clean: traffic goes to a page that matches the message that sent it.
Deliverability, ramping and reply handling run as a managed service. GoHere's team is brought in only when a prospect is worth their time.
The campaign opens at 54.59% and replies at 10.14%.
For context, published benchmarks put the average cold email open rate at roughly 27.7%, with 40% to 60% counted as a good result. Reply rate averages around 3.4%, with 5% to 10% counted as good and 10% or above as excellent.
Reply rate is the number that actually matters, because open rates are inflated by mail privacy features that load tracking pixels whether or not anyone read the message. That is the number sitting at roughly three times the average, in the band most benchmark studies call excellent, and it is a direct read on whether the message landed with the person receiving it. Across four languages, end to end from the subject line to the landing page, that is not luck.
Outbound now runs as a system rather than a side project, and the engagement is ongoing. The copy compounds: every approved message in a language makes the next one in that language better.
